Does the chef use local produce?
At CHEFADOM, all dishes are made from scratch, using only the finest ingredients. We do our best to use seasonal local produce and when impossible, we search for the ultimate in quality and freshness.
What if we have a vegetarian guest?
We accommodate any dietary restrictions or preferences. From vegetarians to celiacs, to those that require non-dairy meals or special diets, we respect all your guests' needs.
Who takes care of the dishes and glass rentals?
We will gladly provide you with a quote for the rentals beforehand. We will also pick them up, organize them and return them once your event has ended. You will be billed at cost (no overhead). If you prefer, using your own dishes is also an option.
Is it possible to have CHEFADOM do wine pairings?
Influence and accentuate the flavours of the menu by allowing us to recommend wines for your event. While keeping your budget in mind, we will accomodate any specifications when it comes to varietals or country of origin.
Can we customize our own menu?
We understand at CHEFADOM that every event is different. We will make sure that you are involved with selecting everything on the menu. We recognize that this element is the most important and we would not have it any other way. Our experts will work with you to refine and develop your ideas into visions that come to life.
Will there be any servers at my event?
To make sure that your event is a complete success, when required, we have access to a sufficient number of professional serving personnel.
Will you be using our pots and pans?
To make your event even more worry-free, we bring all the cooking supplies, pots, pans, utensils and all.
Will our house be clean after the crew leaves?
At CHEFADOM, we make certain to stick around until after all the dishes are put away, the rentals are gone, the floor is swept, the kitchen thoroughly cleaned, and of course, the garbage taken out.
How does payment work?
We accept cash or checks made to CHEFADOM. We require 30% of the total bill as a deposit. This amount must be paid up front at least one week before the day of the event. The balance will be due the day of the event.
